Change Manager

The role of the Change Manager is pivotal in ensuring that change initiatives across the portfolio are effectively managed, adopted and embedded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximise adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities across the portfolio and within projects.
  • Support the Portfolio Manager with training, education and embedding change relating to organisational project maturity uplift.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure change impacts are identified, assessed and addressed.

This role requires a strong understanding of change management methodologies and their practical application. Experience working in complex project environments is highly desirable.

Qualifications/Certificates/Professional Experience:
  • 5 Years experience in Change Management roles.
  • Proven experience in leading change management within complex project environments, preferably within a PMO or transformation office.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and their practical application.

Candidates should have unrestricted working rights in Australia and be willing to undergo a Police Clearance. A mandatory vaccination policy applies to influenza.
