About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at We Are Social. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and developing tailored social media strategies to meet their needs.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Creative Contribution
    • Develop and implement creative social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
    • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and messaging.
  • Commercial Capability
    • Manage client budgets and ensure accurate forecasting and invoicing.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the social media landscape, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
