Metro Rail Infrastructure Project

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team on an exciting metro rail infrastructure project in Western Sydney. This landmark project will provide a major economic stimulus for the region and offer defined career progression and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the quality team, including maintaining project reporting requirements, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems. Key responsibilities include assisting the Project Quality Manager in maintaining and implementing the Project Quality Management Plan, coordinating quality documents, communicating quality processes, and consolidating quality data.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Quality Management, as well as proven track record in driving culture, process, and behavior change to improve business performance. You will also need excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.
