Residential Service Manager - Aged Care | Regional VIC (4 Hours from Melbourne)

Salary: Up to $140,000 + Free Accommodation + $300 Fortnightly Travel Allowance

Location: Regional Victoria (4 hours from Melbourne)

Are you an experienced Residential Service Manager ready for a new challenge in a welcoming and close-knit regional community? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established aged care service, where your clinical and operational expertise will be highly valued and supported.

As the Residential Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the facility, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, team performance, and resident satisfaction. You will be supported by an experienced team, a collaborative organisation, and strong systems that allow you to focus on what matters most—delivering excellent care.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Prior experience as a Residential Service Manager in aged care (essential)
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • A genuine passion for creating a positive environment for residents and staff
