Customer Service Role
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by providing efficient solutions to customer enquiries, handling CTP insurance product inquiries via telephone, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving a high volume of inbound calls regarding AAMI, GIO, Apia & Shannons CTP insurance products
- Delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions to customer enquiries
- Handling CTP enquiries via telephone, listening actively, building trust, and asking relevant questions to exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
- Possession of a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectively
- High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations
