The Role
  • Advise on the tax aspects of significant M&A transactions
  • Assist with structuring corporate groups and investment vehicles
  • Provide bespoke tax planning services
  • Manage disputes with revenue authorities (rulings, audits, objections)
  • Collaborate with colleagues and counsel while mentoring junior lawyers

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 4–8+ years' experience advising on tax law
  • Strong experience advising on M&A arrangements
  • Exposure to tax disputes is desirable, and significant experience in tax law is essential.
  • Excellent technical and strategic skills
  • Leadership qualities and a collaborative approach
The Team

The tax team sits within the broader Corporate practice and works across a wide range of industries including M&A transactions, corporate group structuring, capital raisings, investment funds, and disputes with revenue authorities at all stages of the dispute lifecycle.
