Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned People Professional to join our high-performing team. This role will focus on translating business needs into effective people practices that positively drive overall performance.

  • Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies, aligning safety, performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives to the business strategy.
  • Develop and implement tailored plans to drive implementation of the people strategy, diagnose issues and provide lessons learned and HR expertise where required.
  • Manage the implementation of people change initiatives, including embedding principles in the change and helping leaders deliver and embed change.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a strategic business partner role, ideally multi-site.
  • A relevant tertiary degree qualification in a field such as Human Resources, Business or Commerce.
  • Retail, FMCG or related industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at pace.
  • The ability to work autonomously and switch from strategy to execution with ease.
