About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Manager to lead our Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineering and Analysis disciplines. As a key member of our Engineering and Technology (E&T) function, you will be responsible for delivering our yearly ILS goals and supporting Lockheed Martin Australia projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery - Provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful program delivery
  • People Leadership - Lead and develop a team of leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Capability Ownership - Develop and maintain expertise in ILS domains, including Logistics Engineering, Maintainability Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Life Cycle Costs
  • ILS Resourcing - Ensure effective resourcing of ILS capabilities into programs
  • Estimation and Colour Reviews - Provide accurate estimation and colour review services to support program delivery
  • System Architecture and Design - Support the development of system architecture and design
  • Engineering Governance - Ensure compliance with engineering governance requirements
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in ILS domains, including Logistics Engineering, Maintainability Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Life Cycle Costs. You will also have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting demands, as well as a desire to coach and mentor others in your domain.
