Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring project success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
