Compassionate Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Specialist to provide care and support to clients in their own homes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting.
- Supporting clients with meal preparation and planning.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Driving clients to appointments and social activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals in community settings.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Certification in Aged Care or equivalent.
- Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Screening check.
- Driver's licence and own car with comprehensive insurance.
