The Health Promotion Professional plays a vital role in delivering health promotion services to individuals within a correctional centre setting. The primary objective of this position is to assist in providing high-quality healthcare services to men in public and private prisons across Victoria.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver health promotion interventions using individual, social, and environmental strategies
- Perform duties in accordance with established healthcare values
- Collaborate with teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives
- Tertiary qualification in Health Promotion, Public Health, or a related field
- Experience in delivering health promotion programs or projects, including reporting and evaluation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
