  • Develop and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Ministers' offices and Departments, building trust and credibility.
About You:
  • Proven experience leading teams in complex organisations, with a strong track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • Detailed understanding of government policies and procedures, as well as related political issues and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Experience working on complex policy and operational issues under tight timeframes, with a focus on finding creative solutions.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and influence negotiation and advocacy, driving business outcomes.
