Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to treat the grocery department as if it were their own business.
They will be given the flexibility to tailor the store\'s service and product offering to meet the specific needs of the customers within the local area.
Working as part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
Grocery retail experience
Experience in supervising team members
An understanding of ordering and cost control
Accurate staff rostering will be an advantage
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

Ability to liaise with both staff and management
