Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to older members of our community, helping them to live independently at home for longer.

About the Role:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and beautiful living environment for our customers.
  • Help with meal preparation and shopping to ensure our customers have access to nutritious food.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, promoting a sense of community and connection.

Requirements:

  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle to travel to our customers.
  • Be available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts.
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
