Customer Service Representative

The primary responsibilities of this junior position will be for customer inquiries and banking operations. You will collaborate with your branch manager and colleagues to provide every customer you work with exceptional results.

To be successful in this role, you need to have the below qualifications and skills:

  • A thorough understanding of the banking industry and market in Australia is essential.
  • You must have comprehensive knowledge of retail banking products, including deposit accounts, remittances, and foreign exchange services.
  • Previous experience in retail banking within financial services is highly appreciated.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin language skills, both oral and written, are required.
  • You should possess an exemplary natural ability to work independently as well as in a team.

To be eligible for this position, you must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen.
