About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Infinite Care. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Working closely with our clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams, you will be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner. This includes assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues alike. While experience in the aged care sector is not necessary, you will need to have a resident-centric approach and be able to think on your feet.

Key requirements include:

  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent safety awareness and ability to prevent accidents
  • Ability to think on your feet and prioritize tasks
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents
  • Positive teamwork attitude and ability to work collaboratively
  • Hold a certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or have completed 1st year nursing studies
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
