About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team at Infinite Care. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing resident-centric care to our elderly residents, enabling them to remain independent and live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, upholding the values of Infinite Care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the aged care sector is not necessary, but a passion for making a difference in the lives of the elderly is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or have completed 1st year nursing studies.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance is a must.
