Senior Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a senior clinical lead role at our 46-bed facility. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering exceptional care within a dynamic, values-driven organisation.

About the Role:

As a Senior Clinical Manager, you will coordinate care plans, ensuring they are tailored to each resident's needs. You will oversee medication management, staff performance, and maintain communication with families. Your role will also involve assessing care plans, managing clinical incidents, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.

You will lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and professional development, and ensure the team is working within their scope. Additionally, you will support recruitment, retention, and staff development while contributing to maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate care plans and ensure they meet individual resident needs
  • Oversee medication management and staff performance
  • Maintain communication with families and manage clinical incidents

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior clinical care role, particularly in aged care
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
