About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Expert to join our team in Events Operations. As a key member of our Banquets team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service to guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with the Banquets team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation
  • Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
