Job Title: F&B Service CoordinatorOur company is seeking a skilled F&B Service Coordinator to join our team. As an F&B Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food and beverage services to our clients.Responsibilities include:
  • Executing food and beverage services according to SLAs and standard processes
  • Managing catering satisfaction, including conducting regular satisfaction surveys and optimizing food service operations
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to F&B services
  • Financial management of F&B services, including budget tracking and expense control
  • Purchasing and managing F&B supplies and vendor relationships
  • Planning and managing events, such as tech talks, team off-sites, and client-specific requests
  • Proactively collecting feedback from business team members and taking appropriate actions
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines, banquets/catering setup, and coffee breaks
  • Identifying, assessing, managing, and correcting risks as needed
  • Managing the work order ticketing system
  • Supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with client goals and objectives
  • Performing general administrative tasks as requested
Requirements include:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in office operations in an F&B capacity
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong passion for hospitality
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong internal and external customer service track record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills
