Head Coach

As a senior coaching professional, you will have the opportunity to elevate your career by leading our competitive trampoline program.

This role requires strategic leadership and technical expertise to drive success at state, national, and international competitions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the competitive trampoline program across all performance levels.
  • Developing and implementing advanced training frameworks aligned with Gymnastics Australia and FIG standards.
  • Driving athlete development, competition readiness, and long-term success.
  • Mentoring and inspiring junior coaches to contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • FIG Level 3 Trampoline Coaching Accreditation.
  • High Performance Coach Accreditation (Gymnastics Australia).
  • Minimum 5 years of elite-level coaching experience, including program coordination.
  • Proven success with national and international athletes.
  • Deep understanding of competition structures, regulations, and judging codes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
