Job Title: Trampoline Program Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trampoline coach to lead our competitive trampoline program. As the strategic and technical leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced training frameworks, coaching top athletes to success, and mentoring junior coaches.

About You:

  • Fully qualified trampoline coach with FIG Level 3 Coaching Accreditation
  • High Performance Coach Accreditation from Gymnastics Australia
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in elite-level coaching, including program coordination
  • Proven track record of success with national and international athletes
  • Deep understanding of competition structures, regulations, and judging codes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
