Key Responsibilities:

  • Storing, arranging, indexing, and classifying information
  • Providing support to staff on accessing files and maintaining information systems
  • Devising and implementing retention and disposal schedules
  • Overseeing the management of electronic and/or paper-based information
  • Setting up, maintaining, reviewing, and documenting information systems
  • Advising on new information management policies and classification systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in information management highly regarded
  • Experience in administration and customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • PC literacy and Microsoft Office experience
