**About the Role**

As a Guest Service Agent Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing efficient service to guests, maintaining accurate guest accounts, and providing helpful information.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to guests
* Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide helpful information
* Monitor training and offer guidance to employees
* Be proactive and resourceful when attending to guest requests
* Be customer focused and have great attention to detail
* Be reliable and well-groomed
* Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria

**What You Will Be Doing:**

* Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure
* Attending to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner
* Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
