Project Operations Coordinator Role Overview

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Improvement Specialist to support the delivery of business initiatives across various departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring the smooth progress of projects.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to understand operational requirements and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in monitoring and managing fleet performance, ensuring maximum uptime and efficient issue resolution
- Develop and maintain reliable data feeds from telematics equipment, focusing on consistency and quality
- Foster strong relationships with customers (internal) and suppliers (external) to understand business needs and optimize outcomes
- Create processes and procedures to support telematics, installation, and product standards, compliance protocols, and customer training guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve best practices across the organization
- Support new business implementations: management of key project tasks, implementation of operational processes, procedures, and IT systems, providing training and education

Requirements:

- Proven experience working on project implementation and/or continuous improvement programs
- Well-demonstrated capabilities of managing diverse stakeholders, including remote team members and external suppliers
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with various audiences
- Ability to analyze root causes and develop remedies to operational inefficiencies and service problems
- Strong knowledge of process mapping and planning
- Proven ability to deliver results within agreed deadlines, meeting budget, quality, and specifications
