Job Title: Reservations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at Novotel Perth Langley. As a key player in managing the room inventory, you will be responsible for training and leading our team to success, while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations for the Reservations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the room inventory and ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Train and lead the Reservations team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Experience in a similar high-volume hotel environment using tools such as Opera Cloud & Accor Reservations Systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
