Care Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to play a key role in managing and coordinating quality care for our residents.
- Conduct clinical assessments, update care plans, and make appropriate referrals.
- Work collaboratively with residents to ensure care reflects their personal preferences.
- Lead and monitor care delivery to meet Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Support and mentor junior staff, including Enrolled Nurses.
- Facilitate training and development for team members as needed.
- Ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met, including personal care, medication administration, nutrition, mobility, and comfort.
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Nurse experience, with AHPRA registration.
- Knowledge of the aged care sector and relevant standards (preferred).
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with experience managing care teams.
- Experience in client assessments and developing person-centered care plans.
- Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
