About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker / Case Manager to join our team at Recruitment Services 123. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work and case management services to disadvantaged individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective case plans to address the complex needs of clients, including substance misuse, homelessness, mental health concerns, and barriers to education.
  • Ensure clients have access to a range of supports and services, including health, housing, employment, and education.
  • Support clients to develop stronger links to family and community, promoting social connections and a sense of belonging.
  • Contribute to community engagement initiatives, including music events, psychoeducation workshops, and outreach activities.
  • Develop and manage an effective outreach program to increase access to our services and programs.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

Demonstrated experience in providing social work and case management services to disadvantaged populations.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.An enthusiastic and compassionate approach to working with clients.Strong case management skills and knowledge of relevant methodologies and systems.A NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
