The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team as a Casual Social Worker. This role will provide comprehensive and integrated community services to meet the needs of our local community.
Key Responsibilities- Apply clinical experience and professional competence to plan, implement, and evaluate community services.
- Provide services to inpatients and in the community, working under reduced clinical direction.
- Contribute to the clinical supervision of less experienced allied health professionals, allied health assistants, and students.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy, and evaluation approaches.
- Provide interventions for clients across the lifespan, in multiple settings, and under various programs.
- Must hold a recognized qualification within the Social Work profession and be eligible for practicing membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Must demonstrate AHP2 level competencies or have completed a post-graduate 2-year Masters with a related allied health undergraduate degree.
