Konekt is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enabling individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

About the Role:

  • Support clients in returning to meaningful engagement in occupations.
  • Evaluate treatment needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Perform various assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress toward return to work goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
