We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Planning & Trading Assistant.

In this role, you will develop an understanding of the principles of planning and investing across all media channels. You will become proficient in the use and understanding of various media trading and planning tools, including AQX, eTAM, Roy Morgan, Nielsen, and eRam.

Your key responsibilities will include constructing client reporting documents and presentations, assisting with campaign monitoring, tracking campaigns against determined goals and targets, and ensuring accurate delivery against bookings.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, and the ability to work effectively to multiple deadlines.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of campaigns and projects, developing your skills and experience in media planning and trading.
