Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Foot Care Professional to provide high-quality care and education to residents across Melbourne, working in a range of settings including aged care facilities, corporate health hubs and client's homes.
About the Role
As a mobile Foot Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating and evaluating abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limb, including diabetic foot health assessments.
You will contribute towards patient chronic disease management plans, offer footwear and foot care advice and education, make referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed, and maintain quality documentation and treatment planning procedures.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families, providing holistic care that enhances their overall health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and treating foot and lower limb conditions
