The role & responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service with premium products
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock efficiently
  • Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders
  • Assist in maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude to effectively sell to customers

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and willingness to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to use feedback constructively
