This role is part of a multidisciplinary team providing specialist clinical care in a community-based outpatient setting. As a Grade 2 Podiatrist, you will contribute to delivering effective podiatry services to clients with complex foot disorders.

  • You will be responsible for assessing and managing high-risk foot conditions, biomechanical pathologies, and wound management. Additionally, you will provide diagnostic treatment options for various foot disorders.
  • Your expertise will support clients in maintaining optimal health, wellbeing, and independence through centre-based and outreach care models.

The Primary Care Support Team delivers comprehensive programs to help individuals manage chronic health conditions, focusing on client-centred care and coordination.

The diverse team includes Allied Health Assistants, Care Coordinators, Community Development Workers, Counsellors, Diabetes Nurse Educators, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, and Podiatrists. This collaborative environment allows for professional growth and opportunities to share knowledge and best practices.
