Job Title: Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at MMG Australia's Dugald River Mine. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and modifying site maintenance strategies across all equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular reviews of maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in a mineral processing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, including failure mode elimination and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Technical trades qualification or engineering degree in a relevant field.
  • Manual driver's license and ability to work in a remote location.
