About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team at the Refinery. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting the Lead Planner with the development and implementation of planning and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead Planner in the development and implementation of planning and quality processes.
  • Assume responsibility for scoping, estimating, planning, and scheduling all work in a designated process area of the Refinery.
  • Review the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) daily for approved notifications and create work orders.
  • Conduct site inspections to provide a detailed scope of work.
  • Maintain the integrity of the CMMS and reserve all stock materials.
  • Liaise with Area Planners to identify opportunities for simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) during the development of the Turnaround, 90-Day, 28-Day, Maintenance, and Alliance weekly schedule.
  • Attend and participate in the Weekly Planning and Scheduling meetings.
  • Participate in the development and control of the Reliability and Maintenance (R&M) Area Budgets.
Requirements
  • CMMS knowledge and demonstrated experience (SAP).
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering or trade qualification.
  • 10+ years' experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace.
  • Knowledge of relevant discipline and industry procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Primavera (P6) experience.
  • Highly skilled in MS Suite Skills.
  • Actively commits to being an Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Leader.
  • Work behaviors enhance the Company's reputation.
  • Demonstrates discipline expertise, integrity, and the ability to influence and challenge others to behave in ways consistent with the interest of the organization.
