Senior Water Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, distribution, and collection systems.

About the Role
  • Contribute to the planning, design, and management of water infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
  • Develop process designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in water/wastewater treatment processes, hydraulic modeling, permitting, and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of water infrastructure projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Guide permitting processes and ensure regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • 10+ years of experience in treatment design and infrastructure projects with demonstrated team management experience.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, treatment process design, pump station design, and utility infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
