Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our infrastructure and cybersecurity team.

This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring consistency in delivery across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable engaging with technical teams, and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 3–4 concurrent infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
  • Partner with infrastructure leaders to align priorities and adapt to shifting project needs.
  • Facilitate discussions with technical teams, asking insightful questions and ensuring clarity in delivery.
  • Drive consistency in project delivery across the infrastructure and cybersecurity portfolio.

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, wearing multiple hats as part of a lean PMO function.

The successful candidate will provide maturity and stability around project change while fostering collaboration and buy-in.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of project coordination experience (open to strong, up-and-coming candidates with less).
  • Proven experience leading infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud migration, networking, and hosting initiatives.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex discussions and positively influence outcomes.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to figure it out in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
