About Functions Supervision

We are seeking a Functions Supervisor to manage events and functions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Supervise schedules, resources, and task allocation for events.
  • E nsure the day-to-day set up and execution of events are delivered to high standards.
  • Liaise with the Sales team to ensure all event details are clear and confirmed prior to the function.
  • Monitor cost control of stock and staffing, and undertake administration for the day-to-day running of the department.
  • Train staff, and assist with set up of rooms according to floor plans and event requirements.
