As a graduate in this program, you will gain exposure in various agricultural produce working alongside industry-leading professionals across different farms/locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with crop planning and management.
  • Conduct field trials to test new crop varieties and techniques.
  • Monitor crop health and diagnose issues.
  • Collect and analyze data on crop performance and yield.
  • Product Quality; understand product defects and their effects on quality scores.
  • Harvest planning, coordinating and supervising.
  • Develop and monitor post-harvest techniques to reduce spoilage and maintain freshness.
  • Conduct inspections for hygiene and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Valid driver's license and own personal reliable transport with relevant insurances.
  • Ability to relocate and work in different sites during the program.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
