About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to lead our Carton Warehouse and Logistics operations at our Laverton site. As a key member of our team, you'll provide leadership and project management expertise to set up and maintain efficient warehouse processes.

Your focus will be on:

  • Ensuring clear communication between stakeholders in a project environment
  • Implementing best practices for excellent operations and reducing costs
  • Engaging with 3PL teams to optimize end-to-end operations
  • Collaborating with Customer Service to deliver outstanding performance
  • Maintaining stock accuracy and hygiene through regular reviews and cycle counting
  • Establishing efficient shipping management processes

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in leadership roles in warehouse and transport management
  • Experience working with 3PL providers and managing SAP systems
  • A strong understanding of WH&S policies and procedures
  • A background in fostering internal and external relationships in a warehousing/logistics environment
