We are seeking experienced part-time and full-time Senior Japanese Cuisine Preparers to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a diverse range of Japanese-inspired dishes, ensuring they meet our restaurant's high standards of quality and presentation in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards, utilizing strong culinary skills and knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Train junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and procedures, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth within the team.

• Take charge of kitchen operations when required, demonstrating leadership skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

• Ensure all dishes are prepared with precision and attention to detail, meeting customer expectations for taste and presentation.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience working in a busy restaurant setting, preferably with a focus on Japanese cuisine.

• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients, combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a calm demeanor during peak periods.
