Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in user research with a proven track record of applying research methodologies.

2. Excellent knowledge of human-centred design principles and practices.

3. Experience working with culturally sensitive cohorts.

Desirable Skills:

1. Ability to synthesise complex findings and develop actionable insights.

2. Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

3. Experience building and leading user research advocacy and capability uplift.
