Our client, a Federal Government agency, requires a Lead User Researcher in Canberra and Sydney to lead user research activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze user research data, synthesizing findings to inform decision-making and drive actions.
  • Develop and adopt data collection tools and techniques.
  • Review and critique research and ideas of others.
  • Determine approaches for user inclusion in generative research.
  • Advise on achieving usability and accessibility levels in designs or prototypes.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have expertise in user research methodologies and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, sociology, or human-computer interaction.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data.
