Job Overview:

The Procurement Specialist role is responsible for supporting the implementation of category strategies, procurement projects and supplier management plans for Indirect spend portfolio.

  • Assist in the delivery and deployment of national and regional spend and supplier management strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of multi-year category plans, delivering value benefits, sourcing, change management and supplier management plans.
  • Collaborate with the Category team and stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver value against agreed targets around savings / value delivery, risk management and governance for national and regional spend.
  • Support the Category Team in managing sourcing activities and end-to-end procurement process for programs/projects.
  • Prepare tenders, contracts and evaluation methodology documentation with input from the procurement cross-functional team.
  • Facilitate contract documentation and award execution.
  • Prepare accurate and timely spend data and related insights for procurement categories and procure to pay process.

Requirements:
