About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team at Regis Legana. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Regis Legana is a tranquil and rural setting, offering a unique work environment with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Our Home is committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and stationery ordering
- Ensure the efficient operation of the front reception area
- Assist with visitor enquiries and conduct home tours
- Provide administrative support to other departments within the Home
About You
- Previous experience working in a reception or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn internal software systems
