About the Role:

This is a customer-centric opportunity to drive business growth through transaction banking and payment solutions. As a Virtual Business Banker - Merchant Solutions, you will play a key role in identifying and meeting the needs of small to medium businesses across Australia.

You will work closely with our branch network and small business bankers to engage with new and existing customers, providing tailored solutions that make a genuine difference.

This is a sales-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop business opportunities across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, and professional services.

• Collaborate with our branch network and small business bankers to provide expert advice and solutions.

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role or transaction banking and payments sales.

• Strong understanding of the needs and opportunities for small to medium businesses, including challenges, trends, and regulatory environments.

• Experience as a Customer Care Consumer Banker or Retail/Personal Banking professional is preferred.
