Our Retail Assistant role involves serving customers, setting up and packing display, handling money, performing heavy lifting, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving customers with a high level of customer service
- Setting up and packing display as required
- Handling money and operating a point-of-sale system
- Performing some heavy lifting and manual tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, including morning, afternoon, evening, and rotating roster shifts, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekends. They will interact with customers daily, so fluency in English is essential.
While customer service experience is preferred, it is not necessary for this position. The successful candidate will have the skills and personality to provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
