About the Opportunity
As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences for Australians. You'll be part of a team that makes every interaction with our customers a memorable one.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Perform customer sales and service transactions accurately and efficiently.
Manage high-value transactions securely and effectively.
Conduct identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.
Promote our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities.
Assist customers with mail lodgements and associate costs.
B uild rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
Assist with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.
About You
You're a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individual who loves working in a team environment. You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact in your community. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
The ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
