Job Description

At our organization, we deliver premium in-home nursing care options to individuals in the Aged Care and Disability sectors. Our goal is to enable people to live a fulfilling life at home for as long as possible.

We are building our care team with experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses who can work a minimum of 20 hours per week. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

  • Provide personalized care experiences that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Deliver care according to established care plans, working closely with our Care Designers (Registered Nurses).
  • Meet the safety needs of clients, utilizing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Accurately record and document client information and care provided.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify client needs and develop effective care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Community nursing experience, an advantage.
  • Subacute and disability experience.
  • The ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
  • Experience redirecting or de-escalating behaviors.
  • Diabetes management skills.
  • Dementia experience, an advantage.
  • Leadership experience, an advantage.
